Pitmaster Oak Birch Hornbeam is a mix of various European woods, oak, birch and hornbeam. This is composed of larger charcoal chunks with a high carbon content.
The charcoal is very suitable for using a closed barbecue such as a Kamado. Due to the large charcoal sorting, the air flow in the barbecue can be properly regulated and can easily be changed in temperature. But also in an open grill, the charcoal is easy to use because you can easily reach high temperatures.
