The Chausseur Black Frying Pan in enameled cast iron comes from the Sublime series from Chasseur. The oval pan has a capacity of 1L with the dimensions 17.7 x 13.5 x 11.8 cm and is oven safe up to 220 degrees Celsius. Cast iron is a material with exceptionally good heat retention and also guarantees even heat distribution at any temperature.
